Thanks to Samuel Montalvetti for the nice mail art cards including some add and pass projects that will be fun to work on in the near future! Visit Samuel's blog at http://montalvetti.blogspot.com/
This exotic bit of mail art arrived not flat as shown here in the scan but rather folded into a triangular 3-sided tent. Really nicely engineered and arrived totally intact. A bit of calming amid the bills and junkmail was wonderful to find!
That Mincing Mockingbird is always spot on with his commentary... I love this motto and will adopt it for my own personal use as needed! The Crafty Hag just may be The Freak Who Can't Be Beaten! Sounds like a B-movie thriller, doesn't it? Also I love that this owl speaks Japanese. Thanks Mincy!
A lovely bouquet arrived today from Louise H. in Quebec, with such a kind request how can we refuse but to send her some mail art in the coming days? She especially likes fish theme work, so come on all ye hardees, send 'em to: Louise Heroux, 33 des Acores, Gatineau, Quebec, Canada J8X 3G5
A fine example of the creative culture found in the american northeast, sent by Eddie Nero of Eugene Oregon! Came with an assortment of wonderful artist stamps attached, a wonderful addition to the menagerie!
Another botanical sample added to the menagerie, this time a lovely spring bouquet from Nancy Scali.... Scali in Cali.... hmm....could be secret pirate code....
